IMPORTANT: Uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription — you must actively cancel the subscription in your account using the process described below to. You can always unsubscribe or change the subscription plan anytime before the current subscription period expires.
How to turn off auto-renewal
If you have subscribed to Splashtop products and want to unsubscribe from your current subscription plan, please follow the instructions below. Must be account owner.
- Please log in using your Splashtop Account via my.splashtop.com web portal.
- Click on your name in the upper right part of screen, then select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Turn off auto-renewal button. Give brief reason. Then click Turn off button.(see screenshots below)
